Conversation & Leadership was born in 2018 from a simple yet powerful vision: to provide women with a safe space to learn, reflect, and grow within themselves as leaders. In a world where women are often expected to lead without support, the movement began as quarterly networking events designed to foster authentic connection, intentional conversation, and leadership development.

Over the years, Conversation & Leadership has expanded beyond networking into a thriving leadership movement committed to educating, training, and uplifting emerging and future women leaders and young girls. Our work centers on self-leadership, courageous communication, emotional intelligence, and community impact—because leadership is not just about position, but about presence and purpose.

In addition to our quarterly experiences, Conversation & Leadership proudly bestows annual awards honoring extraordinary women who have demonstrated excellence in leadership and made meaningful contributions to supporting, motivating, and advocating for other women within their respective fields.
